If your device is still in warranty, your device will not be repaired but suggested to return to seller or manufacturer to save you time and money. To know if your devices is in warranty you can check serial and model number and we can check if your device can be repaired for free.

Lately I been working on system upgrades and custom gaming builds and customers recently asked me which CPU processor should they buy for there next upgrade, there choice was
Intel i7 6600k or Ryzen 1800x?

When I checked the benchmarks of intel i7 6600k versus Ryzen 7 1800x the difference is that Ryzen 1800x has 3.6ghz and i7 6600k has 4.0ghz. The speed of Ryzen 1800x is faster from its multi 8 core, however the Intel i7 6600k has a faster single core, a slightly faster quad core and faster OC for both single and quad core. So with these results Intel I7 6600k is cheaper than Ryzen 7 1800x and better benchmark from user systems.

Overall you can use certain CPU processors that are low priced for systems that would be used for students or business professionals. Surfing the web, printing files and using Microsoft office or calling via V.O.I.P protocol with low end CPU's is possible for example: Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium 3, Intel i2 Duo Core and Intel I3 is sufficient and affordable for student and office work.

High end CPU's for example Intel I3 quad core, Intel i5, Intel i7 and Intel Xeon can be used for video editing, graphics design and high end gaming so that users do not experience throttling between CPU and Graphics cards.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with there friends and family.

This week I have a few projects, I will be transferring files from 1 hard drive to the other and loading steam gaming operating system for a client that is a hardcore gamer.

Next project will be a laptop LCD repair the picture on the screen has blue spots in lower left of the screen. That is called pixilation.

Sometimes the LCD screen cable is loose or the chip attached to the screen itself is damaged.
Sometimes the LCD Screen is just simply old and the backlight is bad.

Suggested repair is to buy a new LCD screen with a warranty. LCD screen prices vary online, best places to find them are on Ebay.com and Amazon.com.

If you would like to schedule an appointment so I can look at your screen and tell you if it does not
need a new LCD screen then please call me and let me know when you can visit me.
I do not charge to look at devices. I charge after repairs are done.

$35.00 to remove old LCD and install the new one. (LCD Screen is separate) I prefer all customers to buy the LCD so they have the option to add 3 year warranty or insurance.
